About the Role
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our dynamic Development Team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the continued evolution and scalability of our standardized SaaS product. Everything you build will be used by a wide range of nonprofit organizations, so your work truly matters.
You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit team of developers, work in sprints, and help shape solutions that are robust, innovative, and socially impactful.
For now, our team consists entirely of Dutch professionals, but English is our official working and written language. All processes are documented in English, and meetings are conducted in English as well.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our SaaS solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Azure technologies
- Design and implement new features in collaboration with our Product Owner and development team
- Translate the latest Microsoft updates into solutions tailored for the nonprofit sector
- Ensure high-quality coding, documentation, and testing practices
- Work in a hybrid setup—both from home and at our office in Nieuwegein (team meets every Thursday)
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Solid knowledge of Azure and .NET (certifications are a plus or willingness to earn them)
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in IT or equivalent practical experience
- Passion for development, teamwork, and continuous learning
- An open, collaborative mindset and customer-focused thinking
- Interest in social impact and nonprofit tech solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or Scrumban methodologies
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with accounting and financial processes
- Speaking Dutch is not mandatory, but it is considered a plus

Additional Details
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Contract Length: 12 months, with the possibility of a permanent position
Expected Weekly Hours: 32-40
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid – Nieuwegein, Netherlands
