The European office is in the Netherlands (Nieuwegein), where the European Finance team is based.
The job profile
As a Senior Business Controller, you will enhance the finance function by making it more proactive, business-driven, and forward-looking, contributing to the performance of Domino’s franchise and corporate restaurants in the Benelux. The goal is to position finance as a strategic business partner, providing insights that support decision-making and long-term success.
You will offer strategic advice, assess the future impact of decisions, and play a key role in value creation and margin improvement by supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring financial stability. Additionally, you will improve management information and optimize data analytics to enable faster and more informed decision-making, strengthening a data-driven approach to enhance overall business performance.
In this role, you will report directly to the CFO Europe and collaborate daily with the Benelux Country CEOs, EU Performance Manager, EU Financial Controller, and relevant budget holders.

The ideal candidate
This role suits someone with a “can do” and learning mindset how likes to get things done together.
Next to this, we are looking for:
- A Masters’ degree in Business Economics, Finance, or other related field. An CA/RC education is a plus;
- Five years of relevant work experience, ideally as a FP&A analyst, Business controller or FDD/M&A, in a quick-service restaurants (QSR) or retail environment;
- Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI;
- Experience in working with large data sets and creating BI dashboards;
- Knowledge in building and maintaining financial models and advanced Excel skills will be an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills and eye for detail;
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage several priorities;
- Excellent written and spoken in Dutch and English. French is considered to be a plus.
