Customer Support coordinator (Sales Admin) – Fluent Dutch speaker

With your perseverance, flexibility and communication skills, you are a real addition to the current team. You are the first point of contact for our customers and you help and support them with questions regarding the open training schedule, subscription plans and e-learning courses.

Together with your colleagues, you will:

– Process new enrolments and handle change and cancellation requests from the customer

– Support customers should they encounter issues or have questions with regards to virtual courses and e-learning training courses

– Work closely together with the scheduling department when customers are to be informed if there are necessary changes to the open course schedule (language, location, course dates)

– Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns and other projects, e.g. government subsidy programmes

– Process purchase orders from customers and work together with the finance department to ensure the invoicing process goes smoothly

– Manage various online tools from our vendors (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco and more)

– Manage the administrative tasks surrounding different customer portals through which enrolments are received

What are the job requirements?

– An administrative education, at least at MBO/HBO level

– Experience in a similar position, preferably in a commercial (IT) environment

– Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written

– Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
