Too Faced
The Too Faced Beauty advisor main objective is to achieve retail sales targets, through events and artistry.
The Key responsibilities for this position are:
Retail sales
oAchieve monthly sales goals and KPI’s given by your Too Faced manager by executing promotional and event calendars at store level.
oDiscuss sales goal achievement with store managers on a regular basis, empower them to increase their business through at-counter events and scheduled appointments.
oTake part in all major event set-up and execution.
oSend the KPI’s on a weekly basis to your Too Faced manager.
Merchandising
oMonitor level of cleanliness, counter stock, and display units.
oMake sure fixtures & testers units are clean & visually appealing.
oCommunicate any location change immediately to management.
oMonitor tester replenishment.
Communication:
oCommunicate with your manager at least once weekly with a status 30/60 min call/email.
oSend your personal weekly sales once a week to your manager to review and add additional strategies to achieve sales goals.
oAlert management of all out of stocks as they occur.
oInform the store team of all seasonal activity well in advance to ensure proper set-up and preparation.
ocooperate with monthly reporting/action plans/key information on goals to your manager.
Qualifications
oYou need to be sales/results-driven and be confident with handling figures.
oProfessional knowledge of Douglas structure, make up business and KPI’S for their market.
oEnglish and Dutch skills, both written and verbal.
oExcellent communication skills desired.
oExcellent flexibility/adaptability
oPassion for the beauty industry is a must (2-3 years of experience preferred)
oMake up artistry background and retail operational experience in the field.
