As a Business Analyst, you’ll be part of one of Ordina’s High Performance Teams and work on projects with clients at the heart of their primary processes. You’ll add a great deal of value by providing insight into the objectives and translating this into a blueprint. Customers will experience the real impact you make together with the team. Where you’re going to get started

You’ll be part of the Business Process practice and part of the national full-service area Business Process Automation. We help customers translate business goals into blueprints and with the successful implementation of practical applications in an Agile working environment. We do this in the knowledge areas of Consulting, Discovery, Design, Implementation, Integration and Management. We streamline primary business processes with intelligent rule-based automation such as the Pega platform for our clients so that they are ready for continuous change. Ordina has a strong track record as a Pega partner and has the ambition to be the best Dutch Pega partner for our customers.

You enjoy the challenge of helping leading Ordina customers realize their goals, optimize processes and design blueprints to enable technical implementations. Connecting business stakeholders and working in an Ordina High Performance team appeals to you. You bring a healthy dose of curiosity, creativity, guts and humor. You’re at home in complex environments and want to continue to develop personally and professionally. You know how to inspire others and enjoy contributing to the development of our field and practice.

You also:

Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT field.

You can communicate fluently in Dutch.

Have 2 – 5 years’ experience as an Information Analyst, Functional Designer or Agile Analyst and you’re ready for the next step in your career.

Know how to oversee complex primary business processes and the IT landscape.

Have hands-on experience with mapping business processes and information flows and capturing them in designs and user stories.

Know how to translate the impact of internal or external developments and think along with others about how to improve or invent new business processes.

Determine the business needs and customer journey together with domain experts.

Create a Minimum Lovable Product together with the system architects.

Streamline the customer processes within our area.
