Your Impact
As a Business Transformation Consultant Oracle, you and your colleagues will give shape and substance to the Oracle area. You’ll work closely with other practices to realize successful Oracle projects at our customers. This stems from our drive and ambition to become market leader in the Netherlands.
You’re responsible for helping grow our services for our customers. You do this by taking on a senior consulting role. You connect business and IT and make a valuable connection with the Ordina / Oracle propositions. You have a clear role in initiating new solutions and realizing successful bids together with other Areas. You play a major role in the further expansion and success of the Area and Ordina as a whole. Customer focus and entrepreneurship are crucial here.
You operate at the forefront of the Oracle Area and shape it further. You combine business development, project delivery and the development of relationships at board level. You’ll have plenty of room for entrepreneurship, leadership and creativity

We help our customers in their digital acceleration with Oracle Cloud within the Oracle area. Our customers stay ahead of change with our help. We put customer value first and get the most out of Oracle technology. At the same time, we place increasing emphasis on building and promoting subject matter expertise in our knowledge areas and delivering impact through our market-specific Oracle solutions and services.
More than 85 professionals work in this practice which is a logical fit for them. A great deal of collaboration takes place in developing propositions. A dynamic team where sharing knowledge and insights is a great asset. We’re looking for a Business Transformation Consultant Oracle specifically for the Oracle Business Transformation practice.
The Oracle Business Transformation team consists of professionals who help clients set their digital agenda and shape associated transformation programs and projects that accelerate the client’s strategy. This means setting the direction for the Oracle Cloud at an early stage. In terms of services, this practice is at the front end of the process and the other practices follow as further execution and technology are always included. We establish a route to the cloud for a client in any sector and work out the associated business case and program plan.
This is you
As a Business Transformation Consultant Oracle, you have a clear vision of how Ordina can use the Oracle Business Transformation to make more impact with its customers and how we can deliver more reusable services to our customers. You are comfortable giving presentations and workshops and quickly make connections throughout our organization. In addition, you devise and implement successful solutions together with the customer.
What you bring:
– Bachelor’s or master’s education in IT and/or Business and/or Engineering
– Proven track record with at least 10 years’ relevant work experience of which 5 years’ experience in guiding complex and successful Oracle transformation projects
– Experience in the successful delivery of Oracle-related projects in the role of lead consultant, account, project or delivery manager
– Are a connector between organizations and teams and know how to make an impact by bringing together customer value, quality and continuous optimal improvement
– Focus on collaboration and have a solid network both inside and outside Ordina
– Proven track record of being a trusted advisor on tactical and strategic matters, advising at board and senior management level
– Fluent in Dutch and English
