Your Impact

Ordina is No. 1 in the Benelux when it comes to data migrations. Our migration team has over 17 years’ experience in migrating high-risk and complex portfolios for which we use our very own Migration Street.

As a Data Migration Consultant, you’re the expert on migration strategy. You’ll be part of our Data Migration team and will contribute to successful data migrations at our clients.

You’ll discuss with our clients which migration strategy suits them the best and where the data migration will impact the information chain. You’re the architect of the data migration and support the migration team in its realization. You monitor progress while the migration is being realized and improve data quality from a content perspective.

You’ll also contribute to the further development of our solution Ordina Solution for Data Migration (OSDM).

The area consists of five practices: Data Governance and Data Management, Data Visualization, Data Science and AI, Data Engineering and Data Migrations, and Spatial Intelligence. Each with a distinct focus on content and the right solution. Over 170 professionals work in a content practice that is a logical fit for them.

This is you

You have a passion for your work and a focus on customer satisfaction and quality. Guts, proactive communication skills and a strong analytical approach are essential for your role as a Data Migration Consultant.

Required Expertise:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree

Knowledge of data structures and data modeling

An understanding of relational databases and how to apply relational algebra

Extensive experience in SQL, preferably Microsoft SQL Server and data migration projects

Analytical thinking skills, excellent communication skills and a practical attitude

Fluent in the Dutch language
