To execute on our strong ambitions in this area we are looking for an ambitious Manager Financial Economic Crime (FEC) , or in Ordina terms a Practice lead . Your challenge is to fulfil our ambition by taking the team and services to the next level and growing our business.

As Practice lead FEC you are responsible for the success of the practice: managing the team, delivering the services, and achieving commercial success. You inspire your 15-20 practice members with your expertise, and you know how to build, lead, and grow your practice. Customer focus and entrepreneurship are crucial. You will play a key role in further expanding the success of Ordina in fighting Financial Economic Crime. Customer focus and entrepreneurship are essential. As Practice Lead FEC, you are a member of the management team of the Cybersecurity & Compliance business unit. You work closely with other practices on business development of FEC propositions and projects in our target markets.

Ordina is the largest independent digital business partner in the Benelux. Within our business unit 'Cybersecurity & Compliance' we help our customers protect their digital business with solutions for cybersecurity, compliance, and financial economic crime. The business unit consists of four practices: Security Testing & Reporting (red team), Security Operations & Engineering (blue team), Security Strategy & Maturity (advisory) and Financial Economic Crime.

The Financial Economic Crime practice focuses on combating financial economic crime and assisting financial institutions with their gatekeeper role. We focus on four pillars within the Financial Economic Crime theme: Strategy, Data, Platforms, and Operations. With these four pillars, we can identify and mitigate risks at financial institutions. We combine business consultancy with IT consultancy, divided into various roles within the practice.

To be successful as Practice Lead, you should have a thorough understanding of your practice and a strong preference for finding and implementing the best solutions for our clients, working together with your team. You should have a strong vision of how Ordina can make an impact at clients in addressing financial economic crime, which you will use to generate business and shape projects. You should be able to provide strategic and tactical advice to clients and be able to coach management and leadership teams

Skills that will help you be successful in this role:

You have a proven track record in Financial Economic Crime, for example as a manager or a product owner and you are an expert consultant for the client;

You are able to propagate your vision on Financial Economic Crime, provide direction and follow the latest trends and developments within your field with passion;

As a reliable partner for the client, you know how to expand the client portfolio and services of the practice;

Your leadership style is focused on inspiring, motivating, and involving your consultants, helping them grow to the next challenge, every day;

Using your entrepreneurial skills, you identify opportunities and have the ability to lead winning proposal processes. Of course, you celebrate successes within the practice;

As a Practice Lead, you manage business professionals. Through your leadership and expertise, you engage these professionals and bring them along on assignments with clients. You help them become the best versions of themselves through their professional practice. You create commitment and inspire your team to develop.
