As an OnSite Specialist – you are the heart of our international community. You ensure that every employee feels supported, motivated and valued — both at work and beyond. Through personal contact, regular check-ins and genuine care, you create a positive environment where people can perform at their best.
You act as the link between our international employees and OTTO Work Force, being present, approachable and trustworthy. Sometimes this means being available in the evening or on a Saturday — because people matter most.
Empathy, communication and consistency are the keys to your success in this role.
What are your tasks?
You are present daily at the client’s location, approachable and available for our international employees.
You maintain close contact to discuss wellbeing, motivation, attendance and individual challenges.
You conduct regular one-to-one and group conversations to strengthen engagement and connection.
You support new employees during onboarding and ensure a smooth integration into their new work environment.
You monitor satisfaction and signal potential issues early, always with a supportive and proactive attitude.
You coach employees on professional behaviour, communication and cooperation.
You keep employee records accurate and up to date (contracts, reports, follow-ups).
You collaborate closely with your OnSite Manager, sharing insights that contribute to employee satisfaction and retention.
Who are you?
You are a people-oriented professional with strong empathy and responsibility. You combine warmth with structure and you know how to motivate others while maintaining oversight.
Additionally:
You have an MBO/HBO level education.
You are confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
You speak and write English and Polish fluently.
You have a valid driver’s license (B).
You are flexible, reliable, and naturally build trust with others.
