Where you’re going to get started

You join Team Capital & Acceleration. This is the practice that focuses, within the Organization & Culture Transformation area, on making teams continuously improve. This practice plays an important role in the further development of the High Performance Teams proposition. In the practice we develop various trainings and workshops that we provide both internally and externally. Think about topics such as Scrum, Kanban, BDD and Lean. We work on a well-stocked toolbox so that our colleagues and our customers are well prepared. There is also the opportunity for you to perform the role of trainer or facilitator, if you like.

One of our spearheads is continuous development. Together we ensure that you are, and remain, the expert in your field. We facilitate your career path without limitations, at whatever level you enter. We do this in cooperation with our Academy, with personal and technical training courses. There are also plenty of opportunities for external training courses. We know that you always want to be at the forefront of your field. Furthermore, at Team Capital & Acceleration you decide together with your team and the client what time you start and where you work. This way you keep your work and private life well balanced.

The Team Capital & Accelerations practice was established on January 1, 2022 as a spin-off from a larger business unit. As a new practice, we are enthusiastic and ambitious. You know how to hold your own in different corporate cultures and always have your sights set on the continuous improvement of teams and organizations. You inspire others to foster collaboration and in doing so, you achieve the optimal results. You are an entrepreneurial consultant and help our clients recognize and seize opportunities. In doing so, you make real impact with the client.

You have an HBO or WO degree;

You are Scrum Master certified or will be soon;

You have at least 1 year of work experience as a Scrum Master;

Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;

You have affinity with designing sessions and facilitating teams, also with new ways of working such as liberating structures, sociocracy or management 3.0;

You are entrepreneurial and use your consulting skills to identify opportunities for the customer and thereby generate opportunities for Ordina colleagues;

You are successful from your sense of responsibility and a pragmatic approach;

You find it natural to keep up to date with the latest developments in Agile and Scrum working;

You have experience with complex environments and can make your teams successful within them;

You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
